Executive Leadership Coaching
In affiliation with LAH Insight and in private practice, Mark has worked closely with leadership and executives in many different industries and corporations over his career. He has worked with leadership in the oil & gas industry, banking, medical field, aviation, and emergency response. In 2020, Mark was trained at Rice University Doerr Institute for New Leaders: CoachRICE: A Leadership Coaching Program, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved program. He has accomplished the ACC certification through ICF.
His approach is simple: to provide support and encouragement to address leadership, communication, and professionalism skills to assist the individual and their teams to obtain success, efficiency, and productivity while maintaining the overall wellbeing of all members. Focusing on wellness is a key component of his approach. Being a licensed mental health professional gives him a unique perspective in coaching to support the whole person and full wellness aspects of an individual, team, department, and company. His core values of confidentiality, inclusiveness, nonjudgmental, caring and integrity are emphasized in his coaching approach.
Mark has coached many different leaders in occupations including doctors, dentist, attorneys, researchers, executives, and managers in many different industries. His clients dictate the agenda, goals, and pace of the sessions. Goals are set for long-term and short-term progress and are set to be measured.
