Mark’s command of the ICISF material combined with his engaging teaching style are simply amazing. His ability to motivate students and keep their attention with ease is one of his most valuable traits. In addition, Mark has been critical in supporting numerous pilots after defusings, debriefings and 1:1 interactions with our 300+ peers who support 73,000 pilots globally.

Mark is an excellent clinician who is skilled at both assessments and cognitive therapy. As a coach he’s very effective, particularly with a diverse range of clients. His practice at MD Anderson included group facilitation, as well as individual coaching of both health care workers and executives. I recommend him highly.
