Mark has also provided training and support to many companies and emergency responders dealing with Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). He is a certified instructor for ICISF to teach Group  and Advanced Group CISM as well as Assisting Individuals in Crisis. He is Certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CCISM) through the International Critical Incident Stress Management Foundation Inc. (ICISF).

He has assisted with Critical Incident drills for the oil and gas industries, airlines, municipalities, hospitals, and emergency response programs. In addition, he has responded to and supported numerous critical incidents including plane crashes, natural disasters, terror situations, medical adverse events, explosions, bank robberies, and tragic deaths. He has coordinated responses for several natural disasters in the Houston Medical Center and disasters with aviation.
